Senator Saland Announces $680,000 In Community Funding Grants For Projects In Columbia County
Senator Steve Saland (R,I,C Poughkeepsie) today announced that more than $680,000 in community funding has been awarded to local governments and community organizations throughout Columbia County.
"This is great news for our local governments and community organizations in Columbia County, said Senator Saland. "These important grants will go a long way to enhancing communities and improving the quality of life of its residents, while at the same time lessening the financial burden on local governments, who otherwise would have had to pick up the additional projects costs."
