Senator Golden To Hold Easter Egg Hunts Throughout The Community

SENATOR GOLDEN: HUNTING FOR EASTER EGGS IN LOCAL PARKS PROMISES TO BE FUN-FILLED EVENTS FOR ALL

Brooklyn- State Senator Marty Golden (R-C, Brooklyn) is today announcing that with the support of local community associations and sponsors, he will be hosting three fun-filled Easter Egg Hunts in local parks throughout the community.

Easter Egg Hunt- Saturday, March 15, 2008, 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

Bensonhurst Park, Cropsey Avenue and Bay Parkway

Easter Egg Hunt-Sunday, March 16, 2008, 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

Marine Park, Fillmore Avenue at Marine Parkway

Easter Egg Hunt- Saturday, March 22, 2008, 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

McKinley Park, 75th Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway

Senator Golden invites all community children to come and take part in what plans to be very special events. The Easter Egg hunt events will include music and prizes for the children. Over five thousand candy filled easter eggs will be hidden throughout the boundaries of the respective parks.

The Marine Park Civic Association, the Community Emergency Response Team, the Brooklyn South Community Emergency Response Team, the Bay Ridge Bensonhurst Parks Task Force, Forest City Ratner Companies and others are supporters.
