CVPH receives $5.1 million in state grants

PLATTSBURGH — CVPH Medical Center has received two state grants totaling slightly more than $5.1 million for infrastructure for the Adirondack Region Medical Home Pilot and to advance ambulatory cardiac care.

The grants were part of a total of $436 million awarded under the Health Care Efficiency and Affordability Law of New York State to further improvements to the state's health-care system.
