GLENS FALLS — Sgt. Ken Comstock has already endured more for his country than any person should ever have to.
The Ballston Spa resident sustained major head injuries during a roadside bombing attack while serving in Iraq on Aug. 20, 2004.
Although retired from the Army, he’s still planning a life of service as an emergency medical technician, which he’s going to school for at Hudson Valley Community College. In full dress uniform, he helped lead Remembrance Day ceremonies on Friday at Glens Falls YMCA where the Adirondack-Saratoga Chapter of American Red Cross held a blood drive throughout the day.
