SENATOR FUSCHILLO SALUTES THE WOUNDED WARRIORS

State Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (8^th Senate District) today joined with nearly 1,000 local residents and cyclists in support of the Wounded Warriors “Babylon to the Beaches” bike ride.

The ride, which spans approximately 22 miles, helped raise funds for the Wounded Warrior Project to aid wounded military veterans. The ride was coordinated by the Wounded Warrior Project along with the Suffolk County Police Department and the Town of Babylon and Supervisor Steve Bellone.

After attending the kick-off ceremony at Babylon Town Hall, Senator Fuschillo joined with members of the Amityville Historical Society in cheering on the riders as they passed through downtown Amityville.
