NYS SENATOR ERIC ADAMS INTRODUCES LEGISLATION IN RESPONSE TO THE "CRAIGSLIST KILLER" AND OTHER INTERNET CRIMINAL ACTIVITY

NYS Senator Eric Adams introduces a bill to combat "Internet Related Crimes", transgressions involving persons who commit or abet the commission of a crime facilitated by communicating with the victim of such offenses over the Internet. The legislation significantly increases criminal penalties for Internet predators.
