Senator Duane to Sponsor Governor's Bill for Marriage Equality in Senate

Senator Duane spoke in New York City on April 16th at the announcement of a bill that would legalize same-sex civil marriage in the State of New York. "I know, we know, it’s going to take hard work and it’s going to take a bipartisan effort," said Duane. "The journey begins here today, and it's going to end this year when we bring marriage equality to New York."
