SEN. LITTLE NAMED RANKING MEMBER OF SENATE TOURISM COMMITTEE

   State Senator Betty Little has been named the Ranking Republican Member of the State Senate’s Cultural Affairs, Tourism, Parks and Recreation Committee.  Little will continue serving as the  ranking member of the Senate Local Government Committee.

   "I am glad to have this new opportunity to work with the Committee Chair, Senator Jose Serrano, on legislation that strengthens our tourism industry,” said Senator Little.  “I’m looking forward to working him and all of the committee members to meet the challenge of helping our tourism industry grow through a difficult period.  And I am pleased to be in this position to strongly advocate for our region.”
 
   In addition to serving as the ranker of two committees, Senator Little also chairs the Senate Republican Program Development Committee.
