Senator Breslin is Credited For Introducing The Senate Resolution Which Denounced Furloughs

Albany’s Times Union article titled Cutting sting of furlough vote discusses the resolution sponsored by Senator Breslin which denounced the ill-considered proposal to furlough state workers.
