Area GOP lawmakers give Cuomo speech high marks

Gov. Andrew Cuomo's message of bringing competition and innovative thinking to state government touched on all the right themes, area Republican legislators said.

"Ninety percent of what he was saying, I'm ready to get in the boat and row with him," said Assemblyman Tony Jordan, R-Jackson.
