While we wait to see what Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance, Jr. is going to do in the Dominique Strauss-Kahn case -- as our Melissa Grace reported, Vance's office could file papers to dismiss the whole mess -- state Sen. Bill Perkins is out with the letter below. In it, Perkins argues that dropping the case would be a "travesty for all rape victims and for 'due process.'"
