DEC extends public comment period on the future of the Marcellus Shale

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) announced yesterday that the comment period for the public to weigh in on the future of the Marcellus Shale until January 11, 2012.

Human Services will be examined at today's legislative budget hearing in Albany ~ Watch Live, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
