Charter school supporters say they want to get more students struggling with English into the system.
The Charter School Center calls them "English Language Learners," or ELLs.
The head of the nonprofit organization says it is launching a six-month, six-language ad campaign to encourage more parents to sign their kids up for charter school lotteries.
