Testimony of New York State Senator Brad Hoylman to the New York State Public Service Commission Regarding the Reforming the Energy Vision Proceeding

On October 27, State Senator Brad Hoylman submitted testimony to the New York State Public Service Commission regarding the Reforming the Energy Vision Proceeding, which would establish a set of goals to move New York State away from nonrenewable energy sources and towards cleaner and more affordable energy alternatives.
