Ortt Hopeful State can Help 72nd Street Residents in Niagara Falls

During its Sept. 3 meeting, Niagara Falls City Council members unanimously approved funding to fix issues with water lines on 72^nd Street that froze the past two winters, causing numerous residents to lose water service.
