On Thursday, Aug. 13, Senator Ortt took the media on a tour of the proposed site for a WNY First Response & Preparedness Center. The former hanger and Niagara Falls U.S. Army Reserve Center in the Town of Niagara would serve as an emergency operations hub and shared training facility for first responders, law enforcement agencies and community organizations.
