The Federal Duck Stamp went on sale this week -- an annual event that's highly anticipated by hunters, conservationists and stamp collectors alike in New York State and across the nation.
Now in its 82nd year, the Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp represents one of America's finest and most successful conservation efforts.
And this year's stamp artist -- a highly competitive and prestigious honor -- is Jennifer Miller from Olean, New York. Congratulations Jennifer!
