National Farm Safety and Health Week is being observed this year during the week of September 20-26.

It offers an opportunity to recognize the hard work, diligence, and sacrifices of farmers locally, statewide and across America - as well as to promote key health and safety initiatives to keep agriculture a safe and successful part of our communities and our local economies, now and in the future. 

That includes a reminder from the New York Center for Agricultural Medicine and Health (NYCAMH) on one successful safety initiative: the "Rollover Protective Structure (ROPS) Rebate Program."
