Robach Calls for Upstate Transportation Funding Parity

I recently joined my partners in government and local business and community leaders to call for increased parity in transportation funding for Upstate New York. As Senate Transportation Committee Chairman, I have always made this one of my top priorities. We need to ensure that our roads, bridges and transit service operators are getting their fair share of state funding.
