Robach Sponsored Legislation Passes State Senate

I am proud to announce that the State Senate passed legislation today that I sponsored which would require all Level 3 Sex Offenders who have been convicted of violent crimes against children to wear an electronic monitoring device for life. This legislation also requires the offender to absorb the cost of the device, not the state or local municipality. This increased monitoring will allow law enforcement to know immediately if offenders are in an area where they are prohibited.
