Ortt Calls for Ethics Reform as Part of Shake Up the Status Quo Plan
Standing outside the Niagara County Courthouse, Senator Ortt unveiled his ethics reform proposals as part of his Shake Up the Status Quo Plan. His bills will root out corruption in the Capitol. He supports legislation that includes forfeiting pensions for elected officials convicted of crimes, term limits and more ethics oversight. He is now calling on fellow lawmakers to pass the bill before the end of session in a couple of weeks.
