Sentinel at 30: Newspaper Receives Proclamations From Ortt, Morinello

Earlier this spring, New York State Sen. Robert G. Ortt reached out to the staff members of the Lewiston-Porter Sentinel and honored them with a certificate of recognition for 30 years of business and service to the River Region. The Sentinel was recognized for covering topics that highlight local people and events that bring the community together.

“I have certainly enjoyed reading your publications over the last few years,” Ortt wrote. “I wish you the best of luck in the future years to come and look forward to reading more issues.”
