Cashless tolls: NY legislators praise Conduent's work while Florida suffers tolling outage

State Sen. David Carlucci, D-Clarkstown, who has been at the forefront of the cashless tolling battle in the lower Hudson Valley, thinks it's time that New York took a stand as well. 

"We should notify Conduent that we could cancel the contract," Carlucci said.
