New York Democrats Look To Prevent Educators From Carrying Guns

Current New York law allows guns in schools, only with permission from the educational institutions. The new bill would prevent all but security personnel from carrying guns on school grounds. To pass, Kaminsky's bill will likely need help from Democrats in the Independent Democratic Conference who typically caucus with Republicans.
