Billed as New York’s largest street festival, the Atlantic Antic is back this month for another celebration of local food, music and merchants.

Stretching through Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill, the fair packs in a diverse mix of vendors and performance stages along Atlantic between 4th Avenue and Hicks Street.

This year’s event includes more than a dozen stages with music and entertainment designed to appeal to a variety of tastes. There will be marching bands, church choirs, DJs, belly dancers, ballet and more. There will also be the awarding of the Atlantic Avenue Ambassador Award to New York State Senator Velmanette Montgomery at 4:15 p.m on the main stage.
