Newburgh housing study gets $150K in funding
The grant is funded through JPMorgan Chase Foundation and state Sen. James Skoufis’ office, according to a news release from the Leviticus Fund, a nonprofit lender serving low-income communities throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
The housing report will ... gather input from residents about housing conditions and needs; work with Newburgh stakeholder organizations, including city government; and make pragmatic policy recommendations for equitable housing development in Newburgh.
