Senator Kevin Thomas Celebrates Onam in Elmont

(Elmont, NY) New York State Senators Kevin Thomas and Todd Kaminsky recently celebrated the harvest festival of Onam at the Indian American Kerala Cultural & Civic Center (The Kerala Center) in Elmont.

Senator Kevin Thomas said, “Onam is a harvest festival celebrated annually by Malayalees in Kerala and around the world. It is a celebration of unity, community, good health, and happiness. I wish everyone a happy and prosperous Onam!”
