Gifts For A Wager (Orchard Park Bee)

On Feb. 11, State Sen. Sean Ryan joined Councilman Conor Flynn to deliver a care package to the members of the Windom Volunteer Fire Company. The care package, made up of foods from the Boston area, was sent to Buffalo by Massachusetts State Sen. Paul Feeney, as the result of a wager with Ryan on the Buffalo Bills’ playoff game against the New England Patriots.
