FULTON, NY – John W. Mannion (SD-50) today recognized Nancy Fox for her exceptional contributions to the Arts in Central New York. Nancy Fox is the founder of the CNY Community Arts Center which she established in 2011.

Senator John W. Mannion said, “Nancy Fox is a remarkable individual who has dedicated her life to the Arts and thanks to her hard work, educators, artists, and actors have received more exposure and creative opportunities. Her efforts in developing a central location have paved the way for the Arts to reach more Central New Yorkers than ever before.
