CONEY ISLAND - ASSAULING A RETAIL WORKER is now a felony, Sen. Jessica Scarcella-Spanton (D-Coney Island, north Staten Island) announced Friday.
"Retail workers are really the backbone of so many communities, and they deserve to feel safe when they clock into work," Scarcella-Spanton said in a release.
