Brothers Care and Beautiful Heartbeats host Staten Island ‘Trunk or Treat’ event for more than 500 children
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Brothers Care Inc. and Beautiful Heartbeats joined forces to host an exceptional Halloween Trunk or Treat event, where children enjoyed climbing the NYPD rock wall, pony rides by NJ & NY Horses & Ponies Inc. and the Dancing Robot provided by Sean White, owner of the Against Da Grain Barbershop.
“A special shout out and thank you to Assemblymen Charles Fall, Senator Jessica Scarcella Spanton, UAU Beacon Center, the Teddy Atlas Foundation, Poppyseed Bagel & Catering, Verdes Pizza and our camera/video by Fes Taylor. The children had an enjoyable safe time,” noted Shaquana Perry, president of Beautiful Heartbeats.
“The smiles on the children’s faces lit up the event,” continued Sullivan. “This is an annual event that we host and every year it gets bigger and bigger. Our motto is ‘Unity in the Community” and that’s what we strive for.”
