Free end-of-summer block party planned for Staten Island

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Who doesn’t love a summertime block party?
For the first time ever, the Rosebank Merchants Association is hosting its Blooming Together Block Party.
The festivities are planned for Saturday, Sept. 21, with a rain date for Sunday, Sept. 22.
In addition to the Rosebank Merchants Association, partners of the Blooming Together Block Party include the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation, North Shore City Councilwoman Kamillah Hanks, Staten Island State Sen. Jessica Scarcella-Spanton, and New York City Small Business Services.
