NATIONWIDE- SOLDIERS SUFFERING FROM DEBILITATING BRAIN INJURIES related to blast overpressure have an advocate Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY). Standing with Wounded Warrior Project veterans on Wednesday, July 17, Gillibrand announced the Blast Overpressure Safety Act, legislation to address traumatic brain injuries among service members and veterans.
Also standing with them was NY State Sen. Jessica Scarcella-Spanton (D-23), who chairs that legislative body's Veterans, Homeland Security and Military Affairs Committee.
