Mount Morris students visit Sen. Helming in Albany
ALBANY - Two Mount Morris Central School students recently visited state Sen. Pam Helming while they were in Albany for a two-day youth leadership workshop.
The students, Abigail Provo and Eliza Lonsberry, were accompanied by Mary Guldenschuh, director of Livingston County Workforce Development and Youth Bureau
Helming hosted the students, who were members of the Livingston County Youth Bureau. The students advocated for Livingston County Youth Court and funding for youth development services and youth sports.
The Livingston County Youth Bureau provides prevention and support programs, to keep youth engaged in school and their communities.
