Nilda, a member of the Brentwood Islanders Lions Club, is an active volunteer throughout the community. She is Past Vice President of the National Conference of Puerto Rican Women, LI Chapter; Board Member of the Town of Islip Counseling Center; Past Board member of Congressman Rick Lazio’s Hispanic Advisory Board; Board Member of the Breast Cancer Coalition; Past Board Member of the Brentwood Clinic and Southside Hospital Advisory Board; and Past Member of the Puerto Rican/Hispanic Parade Committee. Nilda lives in Brentwood. She is the proud mother of five children and grandmother of nine.
