Larkin Secures Funding For Local Vfw, American Legion Posts

Senator Bill Larkin (R-C, Cornwall-on-Hudson) today announced he has secured funding for several local VFW and American Legion Posts.
"I am very pleased to have been able to secure this funding in the state budget for our area VFW and American Legion posts," said Senator Larkin. "It will be put to excellent use allowing our local veterans to carry on their good work."
VFW Washingtonville Memorial Post 8691 has received $3,500 for the purchase of a copier for the Post.
American Legion Post 1420 in Newburgh has received $35,000 that will be used for renovations to its headquarters building.
American Legion Post 193 in the Town of Lloyd (Hamlet of Highland) has received $10,000 for the purchase of a generator for the Post.
