Klein discussed The Healthy Schools Act which would increase physical education and improve school lunches, and is currently in the Governor’s Executive Budget Plan. In addition, Klein expanded upon his own efforts to combat the growing use of temporary class room units which clog school playgrounds, by introducing legislation which would expand outdoor space, and allow our children adequate room in which to exercise.
