"During this week that we celebrate Chanukah, Christmas and Kwanzaa, I want to extend to all New Yorkers my sincerest wishes for a joyous holiday season. It is my hope that all people of all religions can enjoy a happy and healthy holiday in the company of friends and loved ones. For the thousands of our brave sons and daughters overseas, defending our nation as members of the Armed Services, I wish you well and pray for your safety and speedy return to your families.
