Senator Johnson Greets Local NAACP Members In Albany

State Senator Owen H. Johnson (4th Senate District, Babylon), Chairman of the Finance Committee, recently greeted local members of the National Association For the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) who were in Albany for the New York State NAACP’s 65th Annual Mobilization.
The representatives, who are members of the NAACP’s Central Long Island Branch, were in Albany to discuss their Civil Rights Agenda, which focuses on myriad issues related to education, transportation, economic development, job development, housing, voter reform, the justice system and health care.
