Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins Announces Arts Grants for State Funding for Several Westchester County Organizations

Today, Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins (D/WF, 35th District) announced that several Westchester County Arts organizations will receive funding totaling approximately $360,000.
“Westchester County is extremely rich in art and culture, which is why sustaining and furthering various art and cultural programs has always been a priority. I am extremely pleased that these grants have been awarded locally, and I look forward to the ongoing work that these organizations will undoubtedly produce for the benefit of our entire community,” Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins said.
The details of the grants are as follows:
· Hudson River Museum of Westchester $66,450
· Jacob Burns Film Center $20,915
· Jazz Forum Arts Inc. $15,300
· Lower Hudson Conference $166,000
· Lyndhurst $16,900
· Magic Box Productions, Inc. $18,000
· New York Latvian Concert Choir $6,942
· Youth Theatre interactions Inc. $49,746
