Buffalo, NY- New York State Senator Antoine M. Thompson (D- Parts of Erie & Niagara Counties), Chair of the Senate’s Environmental Conservation Committee announced a roundtable to solicit input and obtain feedback from the public on gas drilling in Marcellus Shale.
“ We must sensibly examine the issues surrounding gas drilling in Marcellus Shale and the impact that it might have on New York’s economy and environment before making a determination. This roundtable will identify ways of accomplishing these tasks,” stated Thompson.
