STATEMENT FROM STATE SENATOR KEVIN PARKER IN RESPONSE TO THE HOLOCAUST MUSEUM SHOOTING
21ST SENATE DISTRICT
NEW YORK STATE SENATE
“Today’s shooting at the national Holocaust Museum is tragic reminder of how more than 60 years after the Holocaust there are still those who fail to accept history or each other. We must unite to condemn this act of murder, continue to educate our people of the horrors of hate and genocide, and confront those who would deny history out of ignorance or anger. I extend my deepest condolences to the family of the officer and my prayers are with them during this very difficult time.”
