Senator Golden to Host Town Hall Meeting for Residents of Gravesend and Bensonhurst

Brooklyn- State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C-I, 22nd District) will be hosting a community town hall meeting for the residents of Gravesend and Bensonhurst on Thursday,
June 11, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at IS 228, David A. Boody School located at 228 Avenue S.
Senator Golden is encouraging the community to attend the meeting which will be an opportunity to discuss concerns related to the quality of life of the community. Senator Golden has invited the participation of the following agencies: the 62nd Precinct, N.Y.P.D., the NYC Department of Transportation, the Department of Sanitation, the Department of Environmental Protection, the New York City Transit Authority (M.T.A.), the Department of Buildings, and the Department of Parks and Recreation.
Senator Golden will be updating the community on his recent legislative efforts as well as ongoing projects in the community and announce some upcoming events. Senator Golden and his staff will be providing important community information for those in attendance.
