Senator Bill Larkin (R-C, Cornwall-on-Hudson) recently announced that Rural Ulster Preservation Company in Kingston has received $1,019,242 in funding from the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA). The funds are being provided by OTDA's Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
