Senator Larkin Pleased Rural Ulster Preservation Company Will Receive Over $1 Million In Federal Stimulus Money

Senator Bill Larkin (R-C, Cornwall-on-Hudson) recently announced that Rural Ulster Preservation Company in Kingston has received $1,019,242 in funding from the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA). The funds are being provided by OTDA's Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
"This funding will provide much-needed services to New York families at risk of losing their homes as well as helping the homeless find stable housing," said Senator Larkin. "I am very pleased Rural Ulster Preservation Company has received this funding which will help them fulfill their mission to create and develop affordable homeownership opportunities."
