The Holiday's are a time for us to reflect and give thanks for what we have even during difficult times. We can be thankful for good friendships, loving families, or even a single moment that may have benefited our lives or the lives of others. With so much to be thankful for, we should not forget those who are less fortunate than us or who may have fallen on hard times. There are people within our community who are in need of help, especially during the holiday season, and together we can make a difference.
This year I will be partnering with South Nassau Communities Hospital in an effort to help collect new, warm clothes and new, unwrapped toys for underprivileged children. I invite you to join me in making donations of new, warm clothes and new, unwrapped toys . Any individuals or organizations wishing to donate can drop off their donations to my District Office, located at 55 Front Street, Rockville Centre (Click HERE for directions), on or before December 17, 2010. Together we can help to make a difference this Holiday Season.
Best wishes to you and your family.
