Statement From Senator Hugh Farley Concerning Senator Monserrate

Senator Farley issues the following statement last week in regards to the special committee on Senator Monserrate:

            The Senate Special Committee on Inquiry released its final report and recommendations concerning the conduct of Senator Hiram Monserrate.

            I have had the opportunity to review the report and read transcripts from the committee meetings and, like many of my colleagues, I am appalled at the behavior of Senator Monserrate. 

            Once a resolution is put before the Senate, I will vote in favor of the expulsion of Senator Monserrate.
