District Offices.
Queens, NY, September 14, 2010 – To meet more of his district’s
constituents and to hear about the issues that concern them,
NYS Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr., will hold office hours on
Wednesdays at several Queens Libraries around the district in
September and October, as well as opening both his Middle Village
and Howard Beach district offices for special Saturday hours in
October.
Meet Senator Addabbo between 11 AM – 1 PM at the following
locations on:
Wednesday, September 22, Queens Library at Woodhaven, 85-41 Forest Parkway,
718-849-1010
Wednesday, September 29, Queens Library at Maspeth, 69-70 Grand Avenue,
718-639-5228
Saturday, October 2, Addabbo’s Middle Village District Office, 66-85 73rd Place, 718-497-1630
Wednesday, October 6, Queens Library at Richmond Hill, 118-14 Hillside Avenue, 718-849-7150
Wednesday, October 13, in Queens Library at Ridgewood, 20-12 Madison Street, 718-821-4770
Saturday, October 16, Addabbo’s Howard Beach District Office, 159-53 102nd Street, 718-738-1111.
Addabbo notes, “Many of my constituents might be unable to visit my district
offices Monday through Friday. The time I am spending at mobile office hours
or on Saturday around the district gives them an opportunity to see me in their
own communities and on weekends so I may personally address their concerns. I
will also be speaking about how important library funding is from the city and
the state in restoring programs and services to local libraries and how I’m
also working to restore funding for vital services, like senior centers, after
a few in my district had shortfalls causing closings.”
For more information on the mobile office hours, call his district offices in
Howard Beach at 718-738-1111 or in Middle Village at 718-497-1630.
