Tree Planting will be in memory of Hunter Thomas Resch
Greece Supervisor John Auberger announced that plans are underway for the Town’s 2010 Arbor Day Tree Planting. This year a tree will be planted in memory of Hunter Thomas Resch, a 7 year old resident of the Town of Greece, who was a Cub Scout and attended Paddy Hill Elementary. Hunter was killed earlier this year in a tragic murder-suicide.
The tree planting will take place at the Greece Town Hall, 1 Vince Tofany Blvd., on Friday, April 30, 2010 at 3:00 p.m.
Supervisor Auberger said, “Hunter’s life was tragically cut short. The positive impact Hunter had on others in his short time here with us will last forever. Our community will never forget “The Mayor of Paddy Hill”.
This event is open to the public. For further information please contact the Greece Town Hall at 225-2000.
