Senator Kenneth P. LaValle joined Riverhead Town Supervisor Sean Walter and Congressman Tim Bishop in announcing the dredging of Wading River Creek in Wading Creek. The town, state, and federal government worked tirelessly to get permits and funding to support the dredging, which will begin next week and be completed by the end of the month. This initiative will help local boaters navigate the waterway and ensure access for emergency personnel.
